The Howard Government has swooped low. Today's announcement of tearing up the Commonwealth State Housing Agreement is tantamount to privatising public housing, forcing the poor to pay market rents and transferring public property and dollars to speculative investors.
Could they swoop any lower? Rewarding the people who have caused the housing rental crisis by transferring wealth from the poor to the speculators.....
